Didn’t he get himself sent off and miss the cup game? Or was that this red? I've not been keeping tabs on cards (it's a pain - if you don't keep it up to date with every game, you soon lose track), but I only remember him being sent off once. I think his problem is more one of inexperience than inability. I wasn't impressed with him at first, but he's come along so much recently, that I'd like to see him given a chance to develop further.

Also forgot to add, it was good to see the Spanish wizard in the Genco last night Jay Saunders was also there in the main stand.

Did only me find the attendance figure odd? The ground looked pretty full to me and very difficult to see where we could have fitted another 1200 fans? Looked more like close to 4000

Also forgot to add, it was good to see the Spanish wizard in the Genco last night Absolutely that’s why he’s a Stones legend! He actually “encouraged” some of the Chanting as well which is interesting given he is still on Worthing’s website which theoretically means if the team came down with a bad flu bug Saturday he could be playing against us in a okay off semi!

Given the fact that spectators were about 3 deep on both sides and more in places, its difficult to imagine where the missing 1,000+ would be located.
Strange that the club had dismissed the notion of adding terracing to the riverside.

I think the clubs stance is ‘do it properly or don’t do it at all’ don’t think they want a town end replica to run the riverside but something more ‘stand’ like

Looked more like close to 4000 On a normal league game absent ST holders are counted in the attendance. On Wednesday the attendance included only those people actually attending so that might explain why it looked more.

I thought the point of the QR codes on tickets was to validate the ticket and also to have an accurate digital record.

Not sure, but I thought the reason for it was to spread the VAT for season ticket sales throughout the season.
