Indeed but you also notice he stakes a lot more money than me my max is £5. I feel sorry fir the punter last week who cashed out at 90 minutes for £34,I think, but if he'd held on he would have won £31,000.

Friday night acca came close but alas no cigar as Strasbourg lost at home to 3rd bottom Lens. Also no 2nd prize of free bet this time as I used Ladbrokes who are tight bastards when it comes to shop customers unlike BetFred.Tomorrow will be my last action for a week or so as I'm packing my case and buggering off for a week, sun, sea, pebbles, beer and music will fill my time and quite possibly Folkestone v Haringey in the trophy next Saturday. Anyway it's Swordy £0 v Bookies £5

2 lines today Line 1 : wins for PSG Alvechurch Tiverton Folkestone Mighty Stones 12/1
Line 2 :wins for Ipswich Lincoln Crawley Chesterfield Workington 17/1
Swordy memory: last time I saw Workington was in a Cumbrian senior cup match v Whitehaven it was abandoned after 5 minutes when, from out of nowhere,a fog Bank rolled in and refused to roll away again.

Sorry not your day Mr Sword - picked the wrong match to watch as well!! Should have gone to sunny sands. We can do better……

Sorry not your day Mr Sword - picked the wrong match to watch as well!! Should have gone to sunny sands. We can do better…… 4 goals and a penalty shootout wasn't a bad return for £9. 1-1 on 93 minutes when Folkestone scored what should have been the winner but then left 2 forwards unmarked on the edge of the box and it only needed one to drill the ball in with the last kick of the game. Haringey were clinical with their penalties and their keeper, who was under 6ft tall, made a blinding save to send the Borough through to the next round. As you correctly said my 2 bets were disappointingly poor and the scores read Swordy £0 v Bookies £25

Wednesday night 5 fold wins for Pradejon(Spanish cup) Gosport Red Star Villefranche Dijon £5 5fold pays 11.5/1
Saddo fact: In October 1870 the first battle of Dijon took place in the Franco /Prussian wars around about 250 people lost their lives as the Prussians took control of the city. The second war also went the Prussian way before the French sent 50,000 troops to kick the 4000 Prussians out in early 1871.

Blimey. The Prussians knacked em up good and proper. The French only had the reserves out for the first 2 battles but sent the first team in for battle no. 3 and it was almost a walkover.
