It doesnt seem long ago that anybody who expressed some concern about the way things were shaping up, got slated. Thats changed a lot. Most supporters have taken a reality check now and realise that there is a problem. Not saying I told you all so at the beginning of the summer, but I did. Good to see others are seeing reality, but a shame its such a negative one. Going into the Folkestone PSF right now my fear is that we wont just end up 17th in a dour season, but more that we could be the laughing stock of non-league football with George cluelessly losing every game up to Christmas, the owners sticking by him, crowds of 1,000 and even the few OK players we have leaving to get out of the mess. It could really be that bad, on the Summer and Pre-Season evidence. So for once I hope Dave and the other optimists are right and George will come good. Just really cant see it right now. Wouldn't want you in the trenches with me |

Presuming we sign some of these trialists, if the club doesn’t do a big reveal along the lines of the masked singer or from some smoke filled doors, they are missing a trick

Talking of new signings, I see Ian Draycott has finally left Folkestone (after how many years?) to join Ashford United. I don’t know how old he is now, but he still managed to score twice in the FA Cup yesterday.

There was plenty of 'evidence' daveu, but there were some, including you, who refused to se what was in front of their noses. Yesterday there was further evidence that the team has progressed, both individually and collectively. Still a way to go to see exciting, free flowing football, that will drive Stones forward. But it is looking more positive now than a month ago. Work in progress. |

The only difference was that we seem to have a few supporters who want George to fail. |
