Firstly, saving the planet. I think old mother nature has done a pretty good job so far so why not just leave her to it. Nobody,repeat nobody knows that global warming and the thinning ozone layer are not part of the Cycle of time lets face it millions of years ago you had dinosaurs mooching around eating their greens and farting all day long as well as Neolithic man building huge fires to cook his Mcdactly burger on, all of this probably affected the ozone layer so mother nature acted and it was goodbye dinosaur . Maybe this time it will goodbye man/woman. As for Brexit ,well like it or not this country voted to leave bout only 160 mps foĺlowed suit and those that voted remain are blocking it all the way. These 450ish MP's are going against the will of the country and therefore are putting their wishes above ours. The vote was a democratic one whereas the actions of our government is the stellar opposite of democracy. Jesus Christ! The repeal of one act has all that has ever been needed to leave the EU at any point. That is how you can have no deal. That is why we have always, ultimately, had sovereignty. You have never been trapped. What is it about this FACT that you cannot understand! However, I do recognise that 'being trapped by the EU' will become a stock phrase as Alex Johnson realises just how disastrous a no deal will be and that the EU won't be giving him the trade deal he and other brexiteers promised their band of followers. [br) As I have said elsewhere article 50 exists because no one thought anybody would use it,now that we have if we back track the EU will close of that clause to stop us or anyone else using it again and there will be no democracy as we would object to it anthem rest of the EU will just say f**k the British like they always do. William Hill are offering odds of 1/1000 that I am wrong. |

I think there is a sheep farmer in Shetland who only declared 3609 sheep to HMRC and I'm sure he has 3610.The effect this will have on the British economy and the border between him and Farmer McFartfeatures pig farm will be devastating not to mention that discounting of one sheep could put 2 euros on a pint in some piss drenched pub in Covid laden Benidorm. |
