Not expecting very much from this competition this year. Considering all the leagues below us have started already there's a fair chance our first competitive fixture is going to be against a side that have already played half a dozen games in league and cup. Unless we get someone in our own division, or SCEFL or lower there's a high probability we will lose our first FA Cup game.

With prize money being halved this season the only chance of any real money is through a tv game on BT Sports and we will need to win 3 games at least to get to that point and then hope for a tv worthy draw. This 8s of course quite possible but we need a fair slice of luck as fo all teams this year. I would like Tun Wells away in the 2QR as it's easy to get too and with my postcode I can convince them i am a home fan to get an away ticket.

The fixture list doesn't see us getting past the 3rd qualifying round...
More seriously, though, given the impact on fixture congestion (especially if it coincides with a spell of bad weather), I'd be happy to stay out of the cups this season. It's going to be a weird season all round (assuming it starts and completes) anyay, so why not just try to take advantage and concentrate soley on promotion? Then, when this is all over, we can at least start back where we belong.

Not quite the FA cup but non league finals day at 1000,000 capacity Wembley will allow just 1000 supporters to attend, 250 each club I suppose. Here are 4 teams who may never have the chance to play at Wembley again and they allow just 250 fans each it's a travesty 🤬

Looks like I'm going to be in credit on my credit card again, and and i bet the fa don't do a poxy programme again like the fa cup semi finals and the community shield bastards.

The money for each round is a lot less this year, so, unless we do very well (unlikely, I fear), the extra money we earn will be offset by the probable lost money from league fixtures rearranged for mid-week. The disruption and loss of income is unlikely to be worth the little bit of cup glory and prize money. As for funds, I assume T&O are already resigned to making a loss this season, possibly quite a big one, just keeping the club going. Assuming the season happens, I think our only aims this year, beyond just keeping going, is to use the advantages that this mess gives the better funded/supported clubs to try to get promoted. Anything else is pretty much a waste of time.
