Although they’ll almost certainly do it, it’s as if Yeovil really don’t want to win the league.

Their fans don’t rate their manager at all Yeovil have the money that they will make major changes. They won't do a Hak and retain the whole National South squad and claim they are good enough.

Torquay just gone 2 up at Truro/Gloucester/wherever - enough to escape relegation?

Taunton, in theory, have a good chance, with 2 or 3 games in hand, but turning that into points is going to be very hard. 6 games in two weeks, and all, even 'home' games, at considerable distance. Their brief time in the NS is going to set them back hugely.

If clubs get docked points for financial irregularities so they should for having such a poor pitch and being unable to fulfill fixtures so Taunton should already be relegated in my view

A very strange season for Taunton - apart from all their pitch problems. They were in the play-off places for 11 weeks in the early part of the season and were actually briefly first, before Yeovil took over. After their mid-table finish (14th) in the first season, their fans must have thought they'd made it in the NS...
A little lesson in just how capricious a mistress football can be.

As at half-time...
Yeovil are going up, Farnborough have sneaked into the play-offs on goals scored, and Taunton have a red to add to their woes.
