Liked the thread last year so thought I would start another!
Matt Rhead has signed for Bill and Ricay from Lincoln!!
This is bad news for the rest of the National South and I would have loved for him to sign for us!!

Ricay and Havant are a two horse race to run away with the league, but now I think the balance is firmly with Ricay.
As much as I hate them, their fans have a right to be excited for the season. It could easily fold, which frankly what most of us are hoping for because we know we will never enjoy the same signings.

Ronnie h will be on good money, not as good as his grandfather but still a player playing well below his ability he imo should be league 1. |

Until Tamplin stops interfering in the managing of the team and gets a decent manager they will never do as well as they could.
You got Wheeler with his terrible tactics and man management. Then Tamplin, someone who knows nothing about football management or coaching and has a massive ego........the whole thing is a massive disaster waiting to happen.
Its all gonna go tits up within a few months, you just need to look at last season where Tamplin threw his toys out the pram. Said he wasn't funding the team any more, tried selling the club, shipped out most of the big earners and then suddenly changed his mind a few months later.

Billericay have an inflated wages budget enabling them to make some seriously good signings.
We can rely on The Clown to minimise their impact and effectiveness but they still look very likely play-off material.

They got Rhead, Thomas, Robinson & Emmanuel upfront who should score at least 20 goals each. Meanwhile we currently only have one fit forward (Olutade) who is untried at this level.....it really is a story of the haves and the have nots.

Cannot imagine Tampax an Wheeler working together for the entire season, he will spit his dummy out by xmas an sack everyone, an try to run the club all by himself. But hey who really cares.
