Strange Jay lasting such a short time at Margate. Mutual consent...? A mid-ranking Sticky side, when you've been managing at National level for three years? He was just there to keep them up. Job done, moving on.

Pretty fair chance we will meet up again with Jay next season in NLS.
Obviously JS1 would prefer the NL but most clubs will look at the managers success/track record and the level where it was achieved.
I would have thought he is a strong bet for one but a bit a gamble for the other.

NLS is logically where he fits best, but which of our next seasons opponents are likely to hire him and where he may be a good fit?
Most of them aren't really local except for Welling or Dartford and aren't their current Managers likely to keep their jobs........as are any teams coming up from Sticky.
Concord? Chelmsford? (If they don't go up?) or Hampton?
I just hope it isn't Ricay!

Rumours at Sword towers is that the Dartford manager is ready to stand down at the end of the season. JS1 at the Darts anyone?

Looks like he didn't get the higher job offers he was hoping for.

It’s a shame in a way but also a nice result. He can still keep his eyes peeled for another job.
He really did not do himself any favours with the break he took.
I think he also needs to learn the self-promotion trait as well.
