This latest interview by Wheeler proves the measure of the man. He is disrespectful to the owners the fans and everybody associated with our great club. Ok it was a mistake to hire this person who clearly has no ability as a manager but we all make mistakes in life but it’s what you do to put things right that matters. Get rid of Wheeler now and let’s find a proper manager as Dover have done. We all love our team but Wheeler is not worthy of being in our football family So come on then pebble let,s hear who you would offer the attractive job of being welcomed to our football family, one that offers you love an affection in one hand an slaps you in the face with the other. I doubt the club can afford to pay off Harry,s contract and recruit a top class manager but I look forward to your opinion, an please don,t say Saunders. He had his chance an blew it. I feel our location may affect a manager wanting to commute to our club too often.

Good points made about the owners first proper serious footballing decision to hire HW, never thought of that before. But do they have the guts to admit to making a mistake and try to restore the Stones to some kind of order amidst this ever increasing chaos? Surely an even bigger mistake was to allow JS to sign superstar forwards such as Mullings & Quigs without also thinking of howthese guys would be fed crosses to score from. Move on, COYMFS, lets get behind what we have. Let me think ... oh that would have been Loza, Turgott and Coker's job. Believe near enough all of us thought that looked pretty strong on paper.

I don’t profess to be an expert on contract law, however I’m sure an amount of footballing success is mentioned within it? Surely he is failing in the terms of his contract by losing so often!? The breach of contract could then allow him to be sacked. As I said I’m no lawyer! Maybe we could keep wheeler and his minions, but have him as a number 2 with someone else picking the team and making transfers! The team have become fitter etc... but tactics are the issue 🤷🏼♂️

So, not currently looking too like he'll be staying, and if they did get rid of him, they'd only (presumably) have to pay him up to the end of the season.

So, not currently looking too like he'll be staying, and if they did get rid of him, they'd only (presumably) have to pay him up to the end of the season. I was part of a 'social' organisation that had to defend a case at an employment tribunal where it was claimed that a fixed term contract couldn't have a termination with notice clause and the plaintiff wanted payment up to the end of the contract rather than just the notice period. We won.
No idea what terms are in the contract with the club but its not a given the club would have to buy out the whole of any outstanding contract(s).
In response to pieman1982, and living up to my name. I was considered an 'expert on contract law' but that wouldn't necessarily help as its employment law that would be most applicable.
You can have practically anything (legal) written in to a contract provided both parties agree (and if they don't there is no contract) however my suspicion would be that there is little, if anything, about success in a manager's contract and that may be the reason why the 'initial' contract in this instance was relatively short term whilst both parties 'test' the relationship.

If Billericay get promoted to the NL and Harry went back. Took his players with him. They would have NL experience. Nah, that sounds too .........

Even Saunders has called him a clown what does that say are you sure that Mr Saunders was not referring to President Trump? I am sure Steve Watt would have been when he tweeted this : A true leader takes a little more than his share of the blame, a little less than his share of the credit.

Wheeler has an uncanny resemblance to Leonardo DiCaprio in “Catch me if you can”.
Turned up giving off the image he knew what he was talking about and people bought it.
The only thing is I doubt there’s anyone from the FA trying to track him down for false coaching badges

Except for the FACT that those three wingers you mention, never cross the poxy ball. One of them just ran down blind allies trying to take on everyone and their brother and loses the ball. One cuts inside and just shanks his shots all over the place. One cuts inside skins the opponents and scores goals however he is now injured. We are piss poor when it comes to dead ball situations both defensively and especially offensively and have been since we stepped up to national league.
