As it looks like Jay is off, who should be get in to replace him? Would be easy to put Watt in charge but I would rather get someone with league experience to replace Jay.

That could prove to be expensive, why not consider Watt working along side Lewis, I know people will scream about lacking experience, but you wont gain experience unless your given a chance. At least this option is likely to cause minimum amount of disruption. |

I,m not sure that Watty is to be registered as a player at Maidstone, I think he was in as an assistant manager, so maybe it could work out for him. |

I have a feeling Ady Pennock might come in. Worked at Gills before and done well for Forest Green when in this league but a disappointing spell with Barrow last season |
