No more excuses. Southall and him are utter shite.
Casey and ash - sort it out!

I’d rather be relegated than lose Saunders.
Casey and Ash keep up th good work.
Let’s just take stock, were back home and we have come a long way. Things will turn around. In my opinion we couldn’t be in safer hands.

it's such bollocks to talk about Jay Saunders as per stones1970
the most important signing for next season will be Jay Saunders, without question
more belief please, plenty of time to turn this season around !

I don’t blame Saunders, he’s a football manager not a fecking miracle worker It’s his tactics and his players that he has bought in and the keeper didn’t have to make one save today and that is against one of the worst sides in the league. That was awful again today. Things need to change. Jay needs to be more proactive on changing tactics and bringing subs on. Don’t bring someone on in the 91st and think you can save the game. Needed to be made much earlier. Maybe even move Magnus or wynter up front to cause more problems as Barrow didn’t have an attacking threat second half. Just plain awful again today. We will go down if things don’t change.

Hate to agree, but it was crying out for a change on the hour. If Twumasi wasn't fit, why was he on the bench? Needed his attacking play once we went behind. Likewise, why no Coker? Just what do we do in training?

I'm not anti Saunders, but let's take stock, no wins in 15 games, something is not right, making subs too late in the game today again, and how about trying a different formation, it's not working, people say we have time... the clock is ticking and time is running out to save our season. It's in our hands let's hope we don't throw it away.

So basically are we are stuck then with Saunders for ever in some people’s minds? Teams evolve right ? 15 on the bounce say he’s not quite so good as some reckon. If we go down he should go.

Think most managers would have been shown the door by now after 15 winless games

He's done miracles at Maidstone, we don't kick him out just because things aren't going well at the moment.
This is not the f**king Premier.

As one of the old guard who followed the club at Sittingbourne and Ashford I am affraid I have to agree it is time for change although it won't happen. We were clueless today with no passion.

There is no passion from Jay on the touchline. No shouting or organising his team. The tactics are always the same during the game. They never change.
