They won again today. Not top of the table because of a bizarre number of games in hand (how??) FA Cup run. |

Who knows? At the end of the day just let them get on with it. No boss/owner/manager/peer or business are/or ever the same. Having seen those video clips I would never even try to work for an idiot like that even if I was desperate but sure some might thrive on it. So if someone wants to grab his money for few months whilst he is refusing to play you then go for it. He'll be long gone ( out of football ) before you are.

Much as the man is a self aggrandising egomaniac, totally at odds with his claims of being a born again Christian, he's spent a couple of million on the ground in addition to everything he's throwing at the playing side. While he may be an Essex wide boy with a questionable past and questionable morals, they don't seem like the actions of someone who is in it for the short term. It'll be interesting to see what he does if the projected crowds don't materialise, but even if he does cut his losses, he'll have left them with a much improved ground, so while the may have to drop back down the leagues, it's unlikely they'll be any worse off than they were before he came in.

Ricay have only lost once in 13 games - and won 11 of them. Since losing that first game, they are on a 12 game unbeaten run (league only). And they are scoring - they have the best GD in the league, having played FIVE games less than the next best (DH). Whatever we might think of Tamplin, his money definitely seems to be talking at the moment. |

How many great managers would call fans muggy pricks? Must of missed Sir Alex doing that. Also he refers to them as HIS fans (see his latest tweet). Bit of a narcissist who likes to be the centre of attention I think and cannot take criticism. |

The more I read about him I can't help but think the bloke is dangerous.
A recent one said kids look up to him ad he has the gold watches and Ferraris. They all want to get them.
Bloke knows the cost of everything but the value of nothing.
For someone that claims to be a born again christian he has some extremely warped views on how to live his life
