Will this mean more games being live streamed instead? Very few covered towards the end of last season, yet I can't think the costs of doing it can be very high, given it is club's own cameras and local radio commentators who are used.

Never heard of them, if they are not on Virgin TV then I'll not be watching.

There's a feature on the club website. Seems they are a British company and significant global player - even though we've never heard of them. We can but hope that games will be streamed as away trips are not for everyone.

I wonder what would happen if all our home games were televised? £190 is a lot cheaper than a ST - how many fans would stay at home and watch instead? I can certainly see fans opting to miss the odd game and watch it on TV instead. But would that detract much from attendance, or just add extra 'remote' fans? I quite enjoyed the streamed games during the pandemic - not the same as being there, of course, but a lot more comfortable and less hassle. Not a replacement for the real thing, but on a cold, rainy day against opposition you don't care about, £10 is half the cost... Not going to happen, of course (well, not every game, at least). But, who knows - a lot of things I once considered unlikely in football are now normal...
