I think Sarrrffenď can be pretty happy with their 2-1 defeat at home to Bromley yesterday. They had no recognised striker,their best midfielder in goal and only one substitute. The club is still in a right old mess.

The club is still in a right old mess. If it weren't for their 10 point deduction, they'd be one point outside the play-offs, with a game in hand. So, not doing too badly. But, talking of doing badly - after yesterday's results, Dorking are only two places above relegation. They have two games in hand, but FWP still has them going down in 22nd place in their end of season table. And yesterday they were beaten by another once high-flying side who are having a shit season, Woking - who were right on the bottom of the form table, having not won for about 10 games. |

The club is still in a right old mess. Their goalie went off injured in the hour mark when two nil down. To then come back and lose 1-2 is an achievement of sorts. The midfielder kept a half hour clean sheet! The mess they find themselves is not really fair in the fans or players BJT ultimately if you don’t play by the rules you should be punished. The fact they have assembled a squad and are paying a squad to do well in that league is a big middle finger to trying to be sustainable or at least trying to keep debts down for the new owners if they ever confirm the deal. Really they should be playing part time and saving as much cash as they can |

Fleet down to 22nd - thanks to Oxford beating Dorking (who are now also looking like likely relegation candidates).
And in L2 FGR are looking pretty dead and buried - but, with Sutton winning away against Sword's favourite team, and Salford getting stuffed at home, it could even be Salford joining them back in the NL. I would really enjoy that!

Ebbsfleet beating Bromley was always going to be unlikely. But I still think they could escape.

Unfortunately, Kutrieb is proving what many feared. He is an excellent manager at NLS level, but is far out of his depth at NL.
I think the owner will keep him for now but let him go in the summer regardless of whether we survive.
He is wanting at this level. He was in charge when we went down by .001% last time, so his NL record isn't great.
