Strange how times change.

We have drawn a league two side in the Fa Cup first round and we do feel we have a chance.

Go back three years and we would have bit someone's arm off for this.

Having had the opportunity to work in Stevenage for 16 months I can honestly say it's not one of the best places in the UK.!
Can recommend a couple of good pubs in Knebworth though.

Yes mate go back 25 years and a little team from the Hertfordshire and North London overspill league would be knocking one out furiously at the thought of playing Maidstone

They are way better they are professional full time footballers,don't worry about there fans they support stevanage because they can afford to watch Spurs or Arsenal anymore.

Agreed they're professional but they're hardly Chelsea are they, though to be fair they did win the Herts Senior Cup in 2009! Of course they start big favourites, but they're only one league above the team we beat in the last round convincingly and count a player we were playing against last year in their squad (all be it a good one). Don't think they'll be as much in it as they think and if you look at the honours of the clubs in the past very similar and I'd suggest a similar fan base to ours. They'd be wise to not act too billy big bollocks as I bet only 1500 of them turn up!

I can't find any info anywhere regarding tickets and when they go on sale the away draw seems to make this very patchy
