Nothing wrong with a bit of creative writing and fabrication.

It's a long season and a win at home is the best start, hopefully a few more are encouraged to come down by the result as 1500-1600 is a couple of hundred down on the recent norm. I was slightly disappointed by the attendance figure, but in fact it was the 7th highest non league crowd in the country (viz. Non League Matters). What are Bristol Rovers doing in the Conference!?! Fron the Ryman website I noted goals scored by Welford (Cray) and Hughes-Mason (Leatherhead). Luke Rooney played the last 7 minutes for Luton, but Oztumer didn't even get on Peterborough's bench. Oztumer is injured. Slight groin strain. He will soon be bussing up League 1. No doubt.

Nothing wrong with a bit of creative writing and fabrication. Happens all the time in your trade! As the disgusting waste of public money around the Andrew Mitchell case showed, Tim. I can remember complaining once to a police officer about an attempted assault on you (that happened right in front of about 12 of their finest) and being told to 'do one because they didn't want to deal with every silly littel argument that went on in the ground that day' (apparently chasing someone and trying to punch them in the head when they are not looking is a silly arguent and not worth worrying about). Strangely they were quite prepared to wreck someone's career and waste untold amounts of money with an utter tissue of lies backed from the very top (because an argument over a bike going through a gate is definitely one worth having!).

They did have the ball in the net in the second half but it was well after the ref had stopped play. If I recall correctly it was for a foul on JP, which in all honesty could have gone either way, but we were on the wrong end of a few of those as well so they really have no cause for complaint. I thought the ref blew for handball in the build up, but it doesn't matter, he had clearly blown his whistle well before the ball went in the net.

I need to see the highlights but I thought their free kick which resulted in the goal was a moving ball. May be wrong though
