The reality is that on Tuesday we didn't deserve to lose 4-1 and today Hampton didn't deserve to lose 7-2On their forum they seem to think they did. Sadly, daveu, I don't think that means a lot. They'll be like our fans who think that the result alone determines how well you played.

We scored 9 against Sporting Bengal on April 8th 2006. I know that because I was up in Dumfries getting married. Just to balance the runaway train of the 'you've been wrong to criticise, gloaters' may I point out that we gave away two poor goals and were helped a lot today but some utterly woeful defending by Hampton in the second half. This was epitomised by Parkinson's goal when the whole defence went missing and there seemed to be half the Maidstone team waiting in the centre of the box to head it in the net. Collin missed several good chances. Obviously I pay homage to the Town End lads who already seem to have voted themselves as the main reason for today's victory. The reality is that on Tuesday we didn't deserve to lose 4-1 and today Hampton didn't deserve to lose 7-2On their forum they seem to think they did. So why have to refused to accept it when people on here have said we were rubbish. COuld it be that you only accept opinions that you wish to hear.

I arrived on time today and stood in the Springfield End so difficult to make any constructive comment on general play from the view I had however I have to say the second half in particular was very enjoyable and there was some good banter with the Hampton fans who I must say sang their hearts out and backed their team all the way even when they were well beaten so great credit to them. Tuesdays defeat was hard to take. This is a great way to bounce back but the boys have got to deliver that sort of performance every game now to be in with a serious chance of promotion. Credit to Jay for bringing Kaiyne back in and addressing the problem we had with balance across the midfield. Flisher was on fire today. Brown and Phillips have the ability to destroy any team in this league especially when they play alongside each other. We could have easily have shipped a couple more goals by the way. Worgan made a couple of decent stops as well. It’s important now to get everybody fit as soon as poss and get them back in contention so we have some competition in the squad. And Zak scored a great goal today. Still player of the season for me IMO! LOL!

Because they're entitled to their opinion and I'm entitled to mine, not that any of that is relevant to me simply pointing out what H&R fans are saying on their forum.

So why are you offering your silly opinions, seemingly to counteract my presentation of fact?

So why are you offering your silly opinions, seemingly to counteract my presentation of fact? Your post is completely nonsensical. I didn't offer an opinion and you didn't present any facts. You expressed the opinion that Hampton & Richmond didn't deserve to lose 7-2, and I merely pointed out that not all of their fans agreed with you. Had I offered an opinion I would have have disagreed with you because on the second half performance I thought we were well worth the scoreline.

My post cannot have been completely nonsensical because you have been able to reply to it. Had it been completely nonsensical then you would not. More evidence of yur lack of understanding. Just to point ut that that you did offer an opinion albeit the opinions of others. It is also notable that you have changed your original post (which gave the impression that all of their supporters offered an opinion different to my presentation of fact) to say that some of their supporters are wild enough to suggest that my unrefutable presentation of fact is not correct

Got to give the management and players credit for there performance after tuesdays result, so well done lads . Tbh the first half wasnt too dissimilar to the thamesmead game , the only difference was the chances we had we took yesterday and the goal right after half time was the crucial . I must give jay special credit for making his substitutions early and each one made a postive difference to the result. In the past I for one have moaned about the lateness of some of the changes that have been made, so today I shell be eating humble pie ...COYS
