At least that will make hurling bottles painful!:-) JDL takes a bottle to pee in as he can’t hold his bladder ! Bit of a bugger when you get your pee bottle mixed up with your diet Coke... Back in the day (which is now a hell of long time ago), I remember standing on the North Bank at Upton Park, with pee literally running down the terracing!

When I was a kid I was at a Kilmarnock v Celtic match and there was rivers of piss flowing down the terrace, they used piss down a rolled up newspaper to avoid it splashing over other people’s feet. a bit of an eye opener when I was I kid.

I remember the mid to late 80s at London Road. Almost everyone used the toilets Not actually true - many of the Scotsman Stand regulars just used to nip round the back. If you ever walked round the back of that stand, you didn't do it again! Mind you the only gents I ever found (I assume there were nicer ones inside the MS?) were the ones on the other side of the ground, near the main entrance - just a rectangular brick building, with a trough (or gutter) running round the inside of the walls. Although, actually quite sophisticated compared to some of the away loos I endured in those days - or at least, so I thought, then one day, rather puzzled at feeling rain inside a building, I looked up, only to discover there was no roof!

I was only 7 or so. I was being facetious though ! I was always using the very same loos. Never ventured over to The Scotsman

I was at Wembley in about 1975, England v Scotland. Rammed solid 100,000.
Rowdy, pissed, kilt wearing jock in front of me squatted down and dropped a huge turd on the terrace!. Needless to say I moved!

Prize money £5625. Maybe ~£5000 gate receipts. Around £16,000 in total now? £9375 for a win, £3125 for losing, plus 40% of gate receipts (£16,000?). Plus TV money? Minus a huge police bill. Previous total £16,000. Prize money for beating £bb$fleet and gate receipts ~£25,000? Total now over £40,000. Prize fund for next round not announced yet. Birmingham City away would be the biggest tie. Gillingham or Charlton at home would be tasty. So it’ll be someone really boring away.

This seasons FA Cup team is far stronger than last years. Can we go all the way?
I reckon only Lucas would get into this team. Probably the most important player for a lower league cup run though

Probably the most important player for a lower league cup run though Er... ...no. Am guessing that is mainly tongue in cheek, but suspect that at least 75% on NL teams would beat us, plus any EFL 1 or 2 who took us seriously. The last bit is key. Two decent draws on Monday will be either a big away pay day, like Birmingham, or a nice home draw against a side we can beat. If we get to round two, same again. After that, away to one of the PL giants, to give the team a great day out. By then we should have banked another million quid or so, which is the best we can hope for from this tournament. Would be good to go deep in the Trophy, though winning our next two home league games would be a start. We still don't have a home league win yet. Time to start, methinks.
