Anyone know who number 6 who came on today was? Would it not have been Raphe ? He uses number 6, he also came on as a sub according to Maidstone X account. |

This guy had dreads and I didn't recognise him - he could be someone we signed recently that I just don't recognise or possibly a trialist (despite none being listed on the teamsheet?) |

This was him - he's in the highlights for about 2 seconds and absolutely nowhere near the camera during that time. Definitely not Raphe - must have been an unlisted trialist?  |

That'll likely be him - I had him down as a forward, but he was playing quite deep on Saturday in what was, admittedly, a very brief cameo. Still trying to get my head around the new squad!

Don’t stress HS Those who slack off after busting a gut to impress to get a deal will be gone by Christmas anyway. Most of the rest will be released at the end of the year. I’ll just stick to squad numbers as there is little point getting attached to any particular player maybe with the exception of Cornedog and George F. Maybe Reiss and Raphe too. |

As I say, he was playing deep in midfield so unsure who he is and didn't really get enough of a run out to make any impact! |

So we currently have 20 players signed up, we currently have a few trialist playing in the latest friendlies, do we expect to see a few more joining now ? Or are we set are ready to start the season

Or are we set are ready to start the season I'd imagine we'll go with the current 20 but hold a bit of budget back in case anybody decent becomes available on loan, or we get an injury crisis and need to bring loan players in. |

Or are we set are ready to start the season Agreed the current bunch is who we'll start with. It's hard to know where we're lacking until the season properly starts next Saturday. We do look to have recruited we'll. Based on the friendlies I've seen, I'd like to see us sign a taller, more physical forward for the games we're struggling to break teams down in to really take advantage of the style we're playing with the attacking wing backs. |

HempsteadGaz’s cousin (mentioned in another thread) seems to fit your bill. A Sean Welford type. I expect Morton have released him by now.
