Likewise snapped an Achilles tendon in November and have been lucky to have missed all this crap. Ouch! I had my right foot reconstructed, but have still listened to stones live and radio kent, and mates have text me updates and pictures from the games, it has been more painful then my foot sometimes! Listened to Stones live last night and both guys found it extremely difficult not too use an expletive or two.

Suddenly, being laid up for nearly 3 months after an operation on my foot and not been able to get to a game since 1st December is not that bad at all Likewise snapped an Achilles tendon in November and have been lucky to have missed all this crap.

Nearly 20 minutes with JS and another eight with SW. The latter not fit for Bromley it seems. JS clearly looking long term, which makes sense, and you get the impression he is expecting us to be in NLS next year. Talks a far better talk than the Wheeler, so you just have to feel we are in better hands now. SW likewise comes across well and it seems JS is calling on all sorts of help from his many contacts. Talks better than Wheeler because of the fact that he is the best manager outside the EFL, been there done it multiple times.

Just watched it all, and I must say that its so refreshing to listen to a man who has been there and done it over and over, rather than Harry who has never been there and never done it.

No signing yet.! Let us hope it is not just the scribblings of an over imaginative reporter from Hartlepool that has driven this speculation. In the meantime we can get on guessing who would be Cassidy's best striking partner if he does sign. Romain seems favourite although personally I prefer the look of Robinson. Whatever, if Turgott eventually returns with some of his pre injury fitness and form, then the attack will look decent. If ! Romain for me misses to many chances, Robinson I have not seen enough of him yet to form an opinion. Wish we would play a 4-4-2 with wingers to get the ball to the by-line so our forwards could be running onto the ball instead of receiving the ball from over their shoulders.

Hartlepool have changed their Manager again. Trying to give us competition for most managers in a season
Money moved upstairs and Craig Hignett 'downstairs' to Manager taking back the role he was caretaking before they appointed Money.
I also found the following interesting from their announcement:
".... during a season when we are in our last year of funding from the EFL, ..." Was aware of it just nice to get confirmation. Feel so sorry for Jake Cassidy. Money wanted him back to build a team around him,and now he finds himself with a manager that didn’t want him back. , Maybe if we offload a couple there maybe a chance to get him back

One of his biggest attributes is finding a hidden talent as he did with Mark Gall and Warren Barton, a couple more like that will be very welcome

Great interview from an honest footballing man. I feel a lot more confident about the future, not so much this season as this should have happened instead of having the Dealer, but hindsight is a wonderful thing, so lets all look forward to the future, there is no other manager out there that I would prefer. Good luck John I for one am 100% behind you..

Right, I'm genuinely puzzled now. Before this (ignoring the Wheeler weeks) we had Bill at the top, running the club/business, then Jay as manager, then someone else working with him as coach. But now we have Bill, then Still as manager, then Hayrettin, then Walton, both (apparently) working with him as coaches. I can't find it now, but I'm sure I saw something earlier that said JS would be getting the players in and selecting the team - so what do Hayrettin and Walton do? Especially Hayrettin, who is an experienced manager, only recently running a NL club on his own. I can't see him just sitting on the bench doing whatever Southall did. Will JS be nominally manager, whilst Hayrettin actually runs the show? And just what will Walton be doing? As I said, I'm genuinely puzzled by this - not just trying to make a point. For gods sake write something positive for once

Unbelievable. We can’t even beat a ten man NLS team with an outfield player in goal. That’s embarrassing. Ah well at least tomorrow’s new Manager announcement to look forward to. I hope it’s a good one and not another Wheeleresque disaster. New manager and assistant is sitting with Bill tonight

I hope it’s John Still, I really do, with Walton kept on as a player assistant manager who can be developed over the next 18 months Same here if he can be tempted. John Still is the non and lower league version to Alex Ferguson
