Sharing an end never really works out! Is there any way away fans can have the Town end and Stones fans have the whole Genco? Of course there is. If there's a will, there's a way... But if you suggest it on here, you will be told "it can't be done" or "if it could be done, they would have done it by now". Sharing the Genco is just asking for trouble. We only just got away with it today. Something has to be done. The opposite fans are far too close. It's extremely lucky someone wasn't badly hurt today.

Bloody hell sounds more like Millwall then Maidstone. When you have a mob turn up like that it extremely difficult to get in a eject someone with out causing a much bigger issue. So you need a much bigger buffer to keep fans apart and contain the situation and record the thugs police can deal with them at a later date

It appears few are prepared to invest in non league football these days.

So it's basically stand still until new investment comes along?

I know lots of people are saying we really don't need ground improvements because we are not selling out on a regular basis! But my argument to that is any crowd of over three thousand isn't a great match day experience for everyone especially families. Yes great in the seats. But the view in the town end isn't great unless it's half empty. Along the sides you really need to arrive early to avoid spending the whole time looking over peoples shoulders. The Genco becomes overcrowded and even dangerous like at the Stevenage match. Yes we need a new pitch and we could do without a new stand but wouldn't it be a great fa cup legacy to entice the so called plastics to come and enjoy an improved match day experience every week?

The Station hotel pub was the designated away pub when I was there last month. Basic but reasonable prices a large place with plenty of bar staff.

All I keep hearing is, this player is shit so is that one and that one is really shit. But they wasn't shit last season in fact most had great seasons. So it's as simple as, this level is too high for their abilities and that isn't their fault. But just like cannon fodder they get sent out every week when everyone knows there is little chance of any points. The first nail in the coffin was when we didn't learn the lessons from our last time in the national League when we didn't or couldn't bring in five or six seasoned national league or league two players in. The final nail in the coffin was when the takeover negotiations broke down because every week makes any investment to late! On the plus side next season this squad are going to have a great season again in the national south plus better beer sales. 🍻🍻
