Their number 30 is huge! However, has lasted all of four minutes. Half of that being told off by the ref and the rest sat down injured.

On a day when season tickets do not count I was refused entry to the stand because I zam not a season ticket holder. In all of my years cup/trophy games have been first come first served. I have got my entrance fee back and left the stadium, f**k 'em.🤬

Terrible, terrible defending! Great work from Bone to Deacon gives us the lead, but we can't hold on to the ball, Barden is like a cat on hot bricks and the ref is giving us nothing. Clear trip, under his nose for a pen, but no. Giving it a go since we went behind, but the most one sided ref we have had for a while. Barnet players constantly climbing into us, but we get nothing. Two minutes added time? There was at least that in the first five!

Has Barden ever kicked a football?? Every single goal kick has either gone out of been scuffed.
We're putting ourselves under pressure with stuff like that and poor decision making... BUT We're still in it!

Could have won that, with a bit more composure. Instead, let down by our defensive frailties all over the pitch. Far too often Barnet bullied us off the ball, while we couldn't string two passes together for toffee in the first half. However, the ref finally started giving us a few free kicks, even the long overdue penalty and things were much more even in the second half. Shame we ran out of ideas after about 75 minutes, because the game was winnable at that point. It didn't help that Marshall had to go off, as he looked good today, while Wanju-Smith showed he has pace to burn. Odusanja put in a good shift too, but yet again we were effectively a player down when Alabi came on. What does George see in him? The gate of 2100 must be another attendance mystery, or maybe not, perhaps season ticket holders were not counted today? The main stand was barely a third full, while the Genco and both touchlines looked pretty crowded. No lack of effort today, just not enough quality. Story of our season really, which is pretty much over now. Shame.

Gave it a good go second half. How are Barnet in the playoffs. No better than us, in fact we were the better side second half. Binnom Williams needs to realize he's not the player he was last year. Could still do a job for us if only he realized his limitations. Not Barden's best game but not to blame for either of their goals. Got lucky when he played the ball against the forward but the linesman gave handball. Good to see Dom back in the side and he worked his socks off and Sol gave their defence all sorts of problems when he came on. Disappointed to lose on pens but we weren't bad at all. Main downside, two more injuries. Starting to wonder how we're gonna put a side out next week.

I will not be returning to the Gallagher this season and maybe not ever again. I will save my money for away games and spread the rest around the smaller clubs of Kent who will treat me with a bit more respect. I am still gutted we lost but rather glad i wasn't there to experience the heartbreak.😪

Main stand season ticket holders were given priority for their regular seats so I guess they weren't letting non st holders in until closer to kickoff. It was 14.51 with at least 350 empty seats. I've watched virtually every home cup/trophy game from the main stand so why change the f**king rules today.Anybody who knows anything about football knows that ST holders view paying to watch a game with utter contempt and 98% of the time they stay away. As far as I'm concerned if season tickets were valid for the stand today then you and others should not have to pay to get in,or at least make it voluntary. The annoying thing is if I'd gone in the away end I would have got a seat.

And I know no one wants to talk about another disappointment, but we came close. At first I thought they were better, outmuscling and outplaying us. But we kept fighting and despite the win, some on their forum are unhappy with their performance. It was good to see Maidstone keep fighting and pressing forward.
