Last week Maidstone were 17/2 to beat Wrexham but our win has got the bookies worried and out odds have shortened to 15/4. The draw at 4/1 looks a good bet.

Indeed. Hadler injured a hand in training. Barton on the bench though, so why isn't he starting??? Are we going to need to score at least three now to get anything from this game?

To be honest, probably more important that either Hadler or Barden are fully fit for Aldershot and Torquay,
I see Barden is sub today, so he must be close.

It’s a conspiracy to keep Tom out of the team.

Crowd looks good - lots of Wrexham, but not quite as many as I expected.
Chance for Mersin to prove the doubters wrong. Not that I'm going to see much - bloody sun is right in my eyes!

Their goal looked a bit lucky from the Town End, though a Stone's supporter at the Genco End needing medical attention it seems. Guess it was an ok half for us - not afraid to pass the ball around, but lacking that all important cutting edge. While it is only 0-1, we still have a chance, but fairly obvious we need to score next. At least Bromley are back on level terms with Aldershot and nobody else is playing in our league...

Not a bad first half - much, much better than recent home games. They are clearly the better team up front (although it still took a bit of luck - and a cracking goal- to give them the lead).
But they look a bit wobbly at the back and we've had a few attacks that might have finished in a goal on another day. Their goalie doesn't look anything special (words that hopefully don't come back to bite me!).
Mersin's been OK - couple of good saves and the goal wasn't his fault. Most important thing is that we didn't let them get a quick second and heads didn't go down, so we're still very much in this game.

Never a penalty in a million years. The ref has completely shafted us.
