I demand the managers sign unsuitable players not on their shortlist in order to appease impatient forum posters who haven't seen a signing for entire days. The new season is just months away. I suggest (I would never demand) that some forum members grow up. No one ever said anything about signing unsuitable players not on their shortlist. Dear oh dear!

With Dover signing Yusuf Mersin from Crawley, it looks like the Worgs is truly consigned to the number 2 spot as keeper.
Of at least equal interest to Stones supporters is the likely destination of Mitch Walker.
The rumours refuse to go away.

Looks like he gives his mother a handful

Has Mitch Walkers Bentley coupe been seen in the JWW recently? Could we afford him even if he wanted to drop to NLS? I hope so!

Seems that today is the day that We find out who may be staying or not. If Muldoon thinks he can get another NL club then he is living in cuckoo land

3 new signings so far and nobody is getting too excited about their pedigree of EFL experience and the rest. During the past couple of seasons supporters have put plenty of value on the number of higher level clubs players have operated within as the main indicator as to the quality of a recruit who is likely to look the business in the National League. In truth disappointment followed disappointment in performances that followed. So we will be getting a totally new look squad for next season, with pretty much all the players having something to prove. It almost comes as a relief to hear that last season's players with contracts for next, have decided to move on. Nobody is saying that any of the new recruits so far are 'exciting' on paper, they look decent enough, but equally nobody seems too bothered. Interesting article today in KentOnline by Hakan, all about commitment, motivation, character and wanting to be at the club. Everything feels so different and that is no bad thing. With at least another 10 players needing to be signed, we live in interesting times
