Can you get odds on both sides scoring in a match at National League level? It's happened in 25 of our 40 matches, far cry from the binary scores of early last season. Indirectly yes. There are result / both teams to score odds available. At the time of writing the best odds on show are : Macc : 13/5 Draw : 4/1 Stone : 13/2 Which combined make a %age of 61% (c. odds of 4/6) - IE if you bet 45 on Macc, 33 draw & 22 Stones - You get back c. 165 (including stake on the winning bet) if any of these three results come in. What's more striking to me though is that the best odds on a Stones win (regardless of score) is 15/4 - those are crazily long odds for what you'd think ought to be quite a close game. Under normal circumstanes (given our current form and Macc not realisticallt being able to reach the play-offs), you'd expect a Stones win. But, given the actual circumstanes, it's anyone's guess. Bookies probably as confused as we are.

I reckon we'l get 4 or 5 points from the next 3 games, 1 or 2 from the last 3. Having said that, if we won all 6 it would only just be surprising, given what we've done in the last 10.
See you in Wrexham (and Nailsworth)...

As I said earlier, both sides scoring is about the only safe prediction in one of our matches at the moment.
Can't be bothered to hunt out the pre-season expectations thread but I'm pretty sure I said 14th and win as many as we lose. I might not be all that far off.

Seen Jay and the boys this afternoon looking very relaxed at a Country hotel in the lovely Cheshire countryside. Managed to chat to one of two of the players and they are looking forward to tonight's game having travelled up from Maidstone yesterday and stayed overnight.

Well, it had to end some time, and I guess this week was when it was most likely.
Let's hope they can pick themselves back up for Friday.
Good night otherwise - Lincoln open up 3 point gap, still with game in hand - and FGR's play-off place is secure.
