Ninety-forth minute winners are the sweetest winners of them all.

Hard fought win tonight, bit off key first half and conceded to a wonder free kick. Second half we battered them, Flish is on fire at the moment. Thought the ref was poor tonight, missed at least one penalty shout but at least he played the full stoppage time. Glad we scored in the 94th minute as they were wasting time right from the start of the second half. Well done boys for keeping going right to the death.

Archetypal game of two halves. First half we were awful, probably worse than the Tonbridge game. Second half was all us, with Harrow time wasting from the off, and in the end I think the ref just about got it right with the 7 added minutes. Priceless moment when Aaron Simpson went down injured in the last couple of minutes and the whole ground cheered him. Payback for the outrageous cheating that had dominated most of the preceding 45 minutes.

Awesome atmosphere tonight, especially the last 20 mins, but the last 5 were amazing. Let's hope we get a result at lewes to set it up for next tues.

What a superb night tonight. The atmosphere was superb in the town end. That last 15 minutes will live long in the memory. I got home covered in sweat and totally knackered with a croaky voice but well worth it.

Get in there. The sort of game we would have drawn last season. Good tactical move at half time from jay. Is flishy on fire or what. Jay may had a blinder. Ref,....... No comment. Atmosphere brilliant. Bring on Lewes. Think we also have a game next Tuesday don't we?

We love you Maidstone ........what a game ,well last quarter ..poop in the first half we must sort that out!! 2nd half playing against a very very poor ref..and some very streetwise 'arrow ,who played the ref with some shocking time wasting and ,pretend injury's,they had a goal keeper who took 2 minutes to kick a ball out ...some real cheats out there..our boys kept at it.,and showed a real professionalism , to get the job done. Justice with 7 mins added .suppose he had to make amends for two penalties that were not given...Quality of our team shone through in the end.
1350 ,With about 10 away from HB ,a great crowd for a Tuesday night with chumps league season starting for the first time. and the 3rd home in 8 days wd.

Served their cheating keeper right - lose the game 4 minutes into extra time, which was mostly down to his time wasting. Lovely bit of natural justice!
But for a while it felt like we'd gone back in time to last season - not playing well in the first half, concede a goal, throw everything at them in the second half, and then just manage to scrape a draw in the last minutes of the game. And that's how it would have ended tonight, had it not been for their keeper.
How does a side that beat one of this season's favourites for promotion 4-1 (and in style) and then thrashed the top club from two divisions down 10-0, play as badly as we did in the first half? Can one change of player make that much difference? OK, he was pretty dire in the first 10 or 15 minutes, but he played well after that.
But full marks to the subs, they all played their part in our recovery. I thought we'd had it when Bodkin went off - for me him in the team and Flisher up front are the keys as to why we're playing so much better this season - but I was wrong, the side held it's shape and pressed just as hard without him.
Although we all went home hoarse and exhausted, having seen a cracking last 15 minutes, the game wasn't really up to standard - there was plenty to worry about in the first half. But the positives from tonight's game were that we won, where we would have drawn last season, and that we obviously have plenty of depth in the squad this season. Hopefully that means we can ride out the injuries when they start to come and not see our challenge slide away like last year.
