Boné de douche, 5-0. Maybe not such a tough season ahead as you 1st thought? Yes yes psf but your report seems more positive.

Hi, Thoroughly enjoying this thread, I have learnt a lot about the club. Calais are a great team to go and watch and the Yellow Kop are very welcoming. There will be 8-10 of us visiting for the game against Sedan. I have found this picture online - seems Calais have a good relationship with the only professional team in Kent. Thanks Attachments:

Calais, can you post your fixtures for the back end of November / December. Thinking about coming across.
Thank you!

Plenty of time for calais to creep up the table.
You'd think psg deux would be more of a force. Do they use a youth set up? Thanks for putting the table on display.

A rather sad event - this week sees the demolition of the Tribune at the Stade Denis. It was condemned, by building inspectors, back in February and has been closed to the public since then.It would now require major investment for any return, so it looks like we're at the Epopee for good. For those of us with all those great memories at our stade....It would be interesting to know, however, where the Club found the 50,000e to pay the cost of demolition....
On a happier note, Florent Delplanque has come back, out of retirement, which will help shore up our defence.

Well - my first post, on this forum, began 'as a guest (thank you)'.I've always recognised my status, here, and wouldn't wish to outstay my welcome. To that end, it would appear that to some, at least, that point has probably been reached. So I'll take my leave - and thank you all for having me.I shall, of course, continue to 'keep-an-eye-out', both for the 'Stones and the cause of ATP's.
I wish Maidstone every success, in the future. Don't. Just because of a couple people don't like a point of view? You're as welcome here as anyone else. Loads of us read this thread and a fair amount have travelled/are travelling across to watch Calais of their own doing for days out. If they knew how much time you put into helping and pushing governing bodies and quango's for information on behalf of mufc fans (not just the club), then they may just have a bit of respect. If they don't, then stuff them. Their loss. As you were sir, continue.

Just because I disagree with you doesn't mean you are no longer welcome. We all have differing opinions and should all be allowed to express them, and I hope I have never said anything that would make you feel unwelcome.

I hope you do stick around Calais but I can understand why you are saying what you are saying. It seems that an attitude of pure mindless personal abuse is creeping on to this board. It's not even witty. You see it with big teams 'supporters'. I think a few people have either forgotten or never realised that Maidstone United is a Ryman Premier club.

Dear Calais,
I certainly echo the comments above and thank you sincerely for the advice you gave last season when my family travelled to Calais to watch your team play...Bastia II, Amiens SC II and Marck, and especially when I was trying to hunt down 2 Calais scarves for the girls. We will be coming again this season at some point and it would be great to finally say "bonjour".
The are always a few desperate people trying to spoil it for the majority (not just on football forums)...I suppose that's life. Personally I always found your contributions very informative and knowledgable and I hope you reconsider your decision at some point in the future.
Yours sincerely, Keith
