Me personally I think our aim this season Is for us to reach the play offs and with the team we have I think this is achievable Agree with toon, we have momentum now so we can surely push on. If we stay injury free and ban free maybe but if we are missing four or five key players then it will be tough to pick up points as its a big step up.. Midtable for me...

Mid table i think its a very large step up i think the size of our squad will stop us finnishing any higher... You do realise the season doesn't start for several weeks?!

Yes your right Ant, there will be a few more additions to the squad before the season kicks off

Talking about promotion is a bit premature in more ways than one isn't it ? The pitch won't be permitted by the Conference will it ?
Play offs would be good for extra games and more cash !!

At risk of repeating all thats been said before the Conference rules state matches may not be played on artificial surfaces UNLESS written permission is given by the league. So pretty positive given the quality of new 3g surfaces compared to older plastic. Think the league would be hard pressed to find a legitimate reason to reject it.

Hey Folks. My thoughts - for what they are worth. Just stay in that league and consolidate for a while !? It was an amazing homecoming season for everyone last year. A step up and to get the the pitch accepted to progress is another story ? Has MUTV gone on strike again ?? Where are the highlights of the last game ? Very Old London Road Boy.

Given a lot of the talk that's been on here recently (and the recent trend for resurecting old threads) I thought it'd be useful to remind ourselves of what we thought back last summer!!
Full marks to Ontheup for predicting so well who'd be up there. Interesting to see ob1 bemoaning our lack of a plan b today when his prediction was mid table, especially if we got injuries!
Most importantly though I think this just goes to show we've been a bit spoiled of late. Given the majority of predictions we've had a good year with the injuries we've had and a cup win!
