Wasn't yesterday fabulous? Just the greatest. Lots of love to Ipswich Town and their fans who were great.
How good were we and I hope Lamar Reynolds plays like that every week now.

Once in a lifetime. The kids there will retell the story for decades.
Chatted to an Ipswich family in Isaac’s beforehand. Great fans. Would love to have spoken to them after as well.
Anything for Maidstone beyond this moment is a bonus.

The stewards and police were also excellent and seemed to enjoy the occasion. The escort for the coaches was magnificent and took us all the way to the motorway without stopping. It was not necessary but a nice gesture.

Is any news on the bloke who fell down the roof? He was in the pub on Saturday evening apparently. Doesn't remember how it happened. Was chucked out once they'd checked him for injury. Probably ached on Sunday morning! |
