With 4500 supporters travelling there must be a chance of a game if you bring your boots especially if you are a striker.
Team for Ipswich
Ineligable
Rush
Abraham
Tanga
Faal
Left us
Aransibia
Obi
De Graft
Amantchi
Petrasso
Injured or suspended
Wanjau-Smith
Kelly
Brown
Greenidge?
Agyepong?
Chi?
Our only chance is an OG as we have no strikers

I am a 6' 4" striker. Bit old, knackered and immobile. Should fit in well, I'll bring my boots 🤣🤣

I think that Appiah's loan spell is due to end on Thursday 25th. Could it be extended for a second time?

With how light we are in midfield, I really don't know why we let Aransibia go.

Perhaps we can piss our u23's off even more by getting some no hopers in on loan before Saturday.

I didn't know Petrasso had gone?
Is there actually anyone left? This explains the rather odd starting 11 we had Saturday...
Not only are we going to get royally fucked Saturday, we're also going to drop out of the play-offs shortly afterwards.

I didn't know Petrasso had gone? He went back to Canada 3 weeks ago

I didn't know Petrasso had gone? He went back to Canada 3 weeks ago Explains why I haven't seen him for a while! I'm pretty sure their season doesn't restart for a month or two, so presumably we could have hung on to him. From what little I remember of him, he looked OK.

I still don't understand why we let Aransibia go, though. OK, so he didn't always drop back, but he was a pretty good midfielder/winger/forward. I think our attacking game has been poorer without him.
Also, he wouldn't have been cup-tied.
But then, George moves in mysterious ways, his wonders to perform...

Or he's blown the budget and there is no more money in the coffers for players.

Ok, let's try a starting eleven.
Covolan, obviously, but should Earle play tonight, given the importance of Saturday?
Back four - Brown not available, so presumably Bone or Greenidge, Hoyte, Kyprianou, Fowler?
Midfield - Corne, Bone and four others
Attack - don't have one.
Our only chance is to be ultra disciplined, hoping for a set piece (not that we are good at those) and try to frustrate them, like we did to Stevenage. They can do it, but need Ipswich to have an off day, plus the sort of luck/missed chances that Stevenage had. The longer we hold out, the more frustrated Ipswich will become, which is why they will hope to score early, be 3-0 by half time and then use their subs.

There is no hope. we would need to be 10/10 all over the pitch and they'd need top have a couple sent off early. Or all be 1/10.
