Josh Hare signs for Boreham Wood Under appreciated here Absolutely. He was a fabulous player - could play in a number of positions and be first choice in all of them.

Great signing for them. Wish him all the very best at the Alkaline. Stones legend 🤣 He is not a Stones legend and is now a journeyman player and I doubt Folkestone will be the last club he plays for this season. I expect to see him loaned out to Dover or Margate before long. Very few players recover from his injury and he count himself lucky that anyone is willing to take a risk with him. One thing is for certain he won't be on the grossly overpaid wage he was on with us. Good job you are not a fish Swordy You would have been caught long before reaching your current grand age.

Sol signs for Bath. Not a surprise considering he is from down that way

Good move for him - wish him well. I think he was past his time at the Gallagher. He was ok and had every opportunity to be special but never quite fulfilled the promise. Maybe Bath will get it out of him - just not against us!

Gavin Hoyte has signed for Folkestone. I thought he would retire or join the Hamlet. Wish him all the best though. A second Stones legend at Folkestone next season.

Well done Sam. League of Ireland team with an old school decent sized stadium which can get a few thousand a game and are managed by Damien Duff. Can’t be bad. At least NL standard surely?

Jack Paxman to Billericay Essex boy returns home. No real shocker there other than "Is the Ramsgate dream falling apart?" Maybe we can get Tommy Hadler-is-our-mate back as keeper? I for one am planning to go the Ramsgate and Folkestone friendlies to see some ex-Stones in action as well as the new bunch. Hadler, Hoyte, Luque - all Maidstone legends of course

Great Kent online piece on Sam Bone. Seems he was as shocked about being released as many fans were and it’s very sad to read that as he was a real Stone, clearly wanted to stay and should still be in the black and amber. On the flip side great to see him fall on his feet and would love to see him get a league winners medal and play in Europe. Maybe if and when big George moves on he may be back.
