I picked 5 games today but a family visit meant I didn't place the bet. Approaching the end all five were winning and i was very annoyed at the thought of losing out on almost £70 but then Diarra put through his own net to make it Dartford 1 Welling 1 . Well an 80th minute Dagenham equaliser robbed me of £233.56, I am gutted. I did though get a free bet as a pretty poor second prize. Swordy memory:It's now Jan 2nd by one minute and on this day 23 years ago I found myself stranded in Huddersfield as the big end went on our camper van. It took two days for a mechanic to sort it at incredible expense but at least I managed to see Huddersfield reserves v Halifax reserves in an entertaining 2-2 draw. The game only just finished as the snow descended by the bucket load.

Well my 2 draws were home wins and my home win was a draw you have to laugh. No damage done though as it was a free bet. As my health continues to fluctuate between bad and worse my visits to the Bookies will only be if and when I have the energy to go.
