Line 2 was particularly bad, 2 right predictions, and 4 wronguns! At least Line 1 was slightly better with 2 wrong and 2 right. Indeed, a very bad night at the office even the 4 games I discarded from my final selections were no good. I certainly seemed to have temporarily lost the ability to pick winners and so I'm happy to be all square at the moment. My time will come I just have to be patient. The Sword will prevail. |

Swordy memory: 50 years ago today, I think, I was at the league cup 4th round tie at Molineux between Wolves and Exeter City with Wolves winning 5-1. I was a wee nipper at 8 years old and couldn't really understand why such a big stadium only had about 6000 in attendance and i remember huge empty spaces .

At the time my Uncle John was living in Birmingham and my Uncle Alfie,his brother,took me down to meet him for his birthday. Uncle Alfie was a football nut and took me to the game whilst we were there. |

Just a health update. I had another 2 hours on a nebulizer today and the asthma hasn't quite cleared but I would say it's 95% better than it was,should it deteriorate I'm to head straight back to A&E.I am hoping it stays away for the St Albans game which I am now looking forward to.

I'm beginning to feel that this is not going to be my year. Hyde Utd's inability to beat Gainsborough cost me £110.68 and Hyde are usually so good at-home.
