Well we have the prediction league running and I'm currently,amazingly, in the top 10 I thought I would chronicle my battle with BETFRED and Ladbrokes. We are in day 13 of the new season and it's been an interesting but do far profit less beginning.
BETFRED have currently taken £23 of my money and Ladbrokes £15 and so i am currently £38 down. If Solihull had scored another goal last week I would be £107 up. Never mind the season is young and the battle is well and truly on

Thanks purely to Charltons lack of effort at home today I've lost another £ 5 to BETFRED and now stand at £ 43 down. Its mot my worst start to a season by a long chalk but its annoying to keep getting 4 out of 5. Never mind I will bounce back from this never fear.

Well I am off and running,despite Man Utds second goal tonight being given though it was clearly offside,VAR Wankers ,I have my first win of the season £ 3 at 16/1 for a 2-1 win nets me £51 snd so I am now £ 3 up,wahoo! Tomorrow night I focus on the Northern Premier league with a £5 five fold Matlock,Marske,South Shields,Stafford and Warrington(not Rylands).
Well not even close so back to minus £2. Its good to see a little seaside town Marske on top of the league showing the much bigger clubs how its done.

Well I've changed the thread name to include some monumentally sad facts. I will start by saying at high tide at Marske the first 47 yards of beach the depth of water is only 7-10 inches but at 47 -51 yards it drops to 7 feet😁

Saturday is an EFL £5 fourfold with Blackburn, Hull,Cambridge and Sheffield Wednesday to win at home. I'll put the kiss of death on it by saying I am quietly confident about this one.

Let down by Blackburn, the Beatles once said the 4000 holes in Blackburn ,well after today I think Ewood Park is the biggest of them.I currently stand at -£7 still early doors yet.

Today I have a £5 acca on home wins for Scunthorpe, Ebbsfleet, Havant,Hereford and Lewes. A little bit worried about Scunthorpe but it's too late to change it now not that I ever change my mind when made up.
Well I was right to worry about Scunny but certainly didn't expect Gloucester to stuff Hereford,Matt Mclure getting on the scoresheet.
Oh well down to minus £12. On the plus side I did put £20 into a Wetherspoons fruity and win £110. Happy days😁

Today ,Wednesday August, is a 7 fold, with home wins for Arsenal,Liverpool, Stoke(bit dodgy this one),Motherwell, Twente Eschede,Lens and Juve. £5 at just over 11/1. Which of these home bankers will let me down🤣

Well it was indeed Stoke that let me down,24 shots on goal and could only manage 91st minute equaliser. Liverpool scored a 98 th minute winner after the ref announced 5 minutes extra time. Though I lost ,i got 6 out of 7 and with the Acca insurance I qualify for a free £5 bet. Overall score in pound sterling currently stands at Swordy 0 - 17 Bookies.My time will come,never doubt it.😁

£5 free bet on a 2-2 draw between Middlesbrough and Sunderland tonight. 2-2 as a score has been good to me over the years and at 12/1 it's with a free punt.
