You can think that shipping 4 goals at home is acceptable if you like Steve.
Individual Stones players gifted Dorks 3 goals.
No time to be slitting wrists but sloppy play needs to be sorted.
Conceding soft goals become a habit and it needs to be nipped in the bud

Of course its not acceptable..but last time we were in the national league we shipped four goals many a time. Our squad is what it is and will have good days and bad days :-).

Before you all go and slit your wrists after one defeat remember most fans expect us to finish midtable or just below. That means getting around 4 points out of every nine. That's what we have. Relax people. Supporters can relax but Hak and Terry have got some work to do. Individual errors versus Dorking cost us the match. It wasnt great play by the visitors, it was individual Stones players messing up.

Which is a positive as im sure the players are well aware of what went wrong and wont do it next time..they are professionals.

A ball winner in midfield would be handy right now. Missing Michael Phillips more than I expected

Blimey deadly. I was disappointed after the match, depressed after reading the match review and now feeling suicidal after your post. Abandon all hope ! Plenty of positives to take and build on! Don't give up aha

Do you honestly..seriously..believe the ref was biased??? No. But that's based on pure assumption and belief in the system. If I were to base my opinion on that game alone, the answer would be different.

Forgot to post here earlier, but looking forward to hearing everyone’s views on the game, a look back over where it wrong Vs Dorking👇🏼 Maidstone “Hit Self-Destruct” vs Dorking Wanderers! What We’ve Learned/Review youtu.be/b5QghVLfpKYWhilst appreciating the work you are doing, I would add that "Brevity is the soul of wit". Keep it simple.

But the defence has been tinkered with hugely. If you count the defence as the keeper, 2 centre backs and 2 full backs, then only one player has kept his position. Joe Ellul ! The defence has had a near total re-shuffle following the injury to JBW. Choices had to be made but no idea why Tom Hadler fell out of favour. Switching full backs and centre backs doesnt seem to have produced positive outcomes. Hak can't have been impressed with his Bounemouth loan signing for full back either. Two of the back four were the same as last year for the Dorking game and another the same but out of position. The changes were enforced by the injury situation. It's not pointless tinkering, it's making the best of what's available. We are missing two left backs so Fowler is covering. What else would you suggest

Do you honestly..seriously..believe the ref was biased??? Yes, maybe not consciously but he certainly favoured Dorking all over the pitch.
