Looks like Bishop's Stortford torpedoed any case for letting fans back in with their non-existent distancing arrangements last night.

I havent been on here in 5 years, but I hear some of you think its tonbridge. Not at all. A Bradford fan set the page up out the blue and suggested those that can donate something ( as they wont have cost for train, hotel, food etc) to our club as a very kind and out of the blue gesture.
Tonbridge didn't ask for it and did not set it up.
Good luck with the rest of your season

Perhaps we should do the same for all our away matches this season...

Perhaps we should do the same for all our away matches this season... The NL Board have done it for us...

I take it that Lockdown 2 renders both this petition and the 9th Nov debate as totally meaningless now.🤬

Listened to the debate, live stream initially on par with a dodgy NLS effort but recovered well. Was just what you'd expect really, lots of sound points made about the financial impact of no crowds but also the effect on community, mental health & wellbeing of fans being denied the chance to attend games. Contributions from MPs for a diverse range of areas, parties & with different club affiliations. Gov Ministers view was, yes we want crowds back, but not with infection rates rising. Rousing concluding speech from Jonathan Gullis ( Con, Stoke on Trent North ) - severe questions to be asked if a plan to get crowds back wasn't unveiled from the end of this current lockdown.

Nothing, I suppose, from our very own football-expert MP?

The latest stats seem to show the infection rate slowing, perhaps even peaking, so hopefully the impact of the not-quite-a-lockdown will accelerate this and we'll be back as we were in August in time for Christmas. Maybe even live footy in the new year? We simply CAN'T have a team this good for once and never actually see them play!!!!

Nothing, I suppose, from our very own football-expert MP? Was poised waiting, but nothing. Lots of Northern MP's + London Labour. FWIW, I was most impressed with Seema Malhotra ( Lab, Feltham & Heston - who loves Brentford ), Ruth Cadbury ( Brentford & Isleworth ), James Wild ( Con, NW Norfolk - Kings Lynn & Norwich ) the excellent Anthony Higginbotham ( Burnley ) & Kieran Mullan ( Crewe & Nantwich ).

Whitty and co will make sure we all stay indoors until at least March, if not April.

Whitty and co will make sure we all stay indoors until at least March, if not April. And then it all goes back full circle
