The Under 15's played well ( apparently ) but lost 1 - 3 to a strong Cray side earlier today. What drew my attention was this tweet from the Cray 1st Team Manager, Tony Russell:

A good number of players from this group will play for the 1st team if I am still around when they get to 16-17. Coached to play like the 1st team from under 7’s. '
What a brilliant attitude that is, how to motivate young players and give them a pathway to semi pro football. All club teams playing to the same style, what a revolutionary idea !
