What an advert for NLS football. Thoroughly entertaining game, fantastic performance from The Stones, although I'm sure somebody will find some negatives. Very hard to choose MOTM but it's gotta be between Iffy, Kahn and Justin, although everyone else was far from shabby.

We cut them open so many times. It was quite a mis-match in midfield.
We have the sort of mercurial talent to beat anyone on our day but rarely score a hatful.
Entertaining fair though. Ricay were all over the place at times.

A really good team performance, other teams in this league should start to worry about us now, slowly we are showing that we can be consistent, really deserved the 3 points an agree with Dave very difficult to pick out a MOTM but have to be happy with the teams performance.

Fairly usual day for Pax at the Gallagher. Doesn't play the full 90 minutes and ends up on the losing side. Shame Not 😂

Best perfromance of the season for me. We played some really decent football, moved the ball quickly and had so much time and space to run into. They wasn't the outfit I thought they would be. Good front line but woeful in midfield and defence. A fair scoreline would of been 4-1 to us. Glad for the 3 points, onto Braintree! Ain’t it Hampton & Richmond

So impressed with Saidou Khan today - always involved, worked really hard and showed some great touches with the ball, the midfielder we've been missing for so long. Amaluzor none too shabby either, put in so much work for the team, running back, covering, full of energy and pace going forward as well.

That was a very good team performance. Possibly the best this season. Hoyte really impresses me week after week, doesn’t get many mentions but is so consistent. Very solid and is clever too. Allen was good too (bar his 1 yard miss) nobody played badly. We seem to be really getting it together. The only issue was the finishing. If we had a true regular goal scorer then we could Have had 6 today. Billericay were all over the place defensively and were very open. 1 thing that seemed odd was that Embery was on subs bench and Edwards wasn’t and only appeared there due to McClures injury. However when Akanbi was subbed it was Edwards that came on. No big deal but just thought it was odd.

Unable to be there and not even any Stoneslive second half because of the weather, however stepping back, can only comment on how many folk who were unhappy with us winning 4-0/4-1 were full of praise for today's 2-1 win. Funny old game, but clearly shows goals aren't necessarily everything. Leicester fans might not agree though.

I've gone for Akanbi. Cracking goal and constantly harried their defenders.

Seems like I missed a cracker through illness ,isn't that always the way. I fancy us for an away double to make it a cracking week.

Well that was a great team performance and a well deserved win - no doubt ‘Ricky’ have some good players but we looked a better coached outfit
10 points for those that spotted the impressive footballing heritage of the Billericay captain

Not a happy hunting ground. Last time he captained a team at the Gallagher he also lost 1-2.
