Maidstone FC, the team for me. Yes it scans, but we are not Maidstone FC. Glad it annoys someone else. 'MUFC' fits and works better as well. Also “watching MUFC putting on a show”. And can we stop with the “we’ve won the f**king lot” chant. We haven’t and it’s just bloody cringeworthy.

We haven’t and it’s just bloody cringeworthy. It genuinely makes my toes curl every time I hear it. It annoys me far more than it should. They're just re-hashed songs that prem clubs sing. Pretty sure this one originated at Liverpool who literally have won the lot. Our version needs re-working to highlight that we have just one the NS and KSC, no matter how long that makes the song...

When the top of the table clash is Truro v Farnborough it makes you wonder the the point is anyway - we have clearly slipped into a parallel dimension...

One thing we have slipped into is 19th place - and with Hornchurch playing tomorrow we could be 20th !!

Watched Tonbridge tonight. They defended well. Dorking were unlucky not to get a point.

Watched Tonbridge tonight. They defended well. Dorking were unlucky not to get a point. Nearly went but was bought a pint at 19.15 and therefore missed the 219 bus to make kickoff. Never mind the pint was lovely😁🍺

We could learn from that. Dorking had all the possession but couldn’t finish and the Tonbridge CH won just about everything in the air. Reminded me of Joe Ellul.

Need to win most of our games for the next month. Some tricky games in there. Bath and Torquay away.

Games in hand over most other teams while in good form are crucial to start climbing the league.
Early surprise package Tonbridge who have fallen to level on points with us managed a point at Torquay yesterday.

Top four places read Weston, Truro, Eastbourne, Farnborough. Not sure many would have predicted that at the end of last season. Weston have two games in hand as well. Win ours and we could be close to, if not in the play offs. Bath, Salisbury, Eastbourne (interesting) and St Alban's before the end of the month, plus the FAT. Busy, busy.
