Keep positive. Saturday will represent one month since we scored a league goal. And that was an own goal.

One of the most glaring bits of bad play on Saturday was when Walton was facing his own goal with a Solihull forward breathing down his neck, and Henry stood there like the kid who's been picked to go in goal but hasn't a clue what to do. No sign of helping out. That was when Walton lost his rag and flung the ball to the ground. OK one of about 6 occasions when he lost his rag. Some of these players will find themselves without a club next season if potential managers take a look online at how they've been playing in recent weeks. I don't know if footballers get interviewed before being given a job, like the rest of us, but the answer to the question "what did you do to try to stop Maidstone getting relegated?" would be interesting. Embery looked good, audacious flick and shot, and great to see Blair back and quite sharp. "Blair and Embery Army!" Henry is f**king hopeless. You could see why the defence panic when he’s in goal It shows how bad the starting eleven really were when Embery comes on as a sub late into the game an still manages to get the MOTM vote. The team should be ashamed of themselves but they wont be because they have little to no emotions.

Henry might not be the best keeper, but the only thing that struck me about any of the incidents involving Henry and Walton was the vein popping bawling out of a young keeper live on TV by a player who should know better. Having done that Walton then proceeded to make a hash of every ball he was asked to defend. I don't think I've ever slagged a player off on here, but I won't be sorry to see that back of Walton whenever he goes

If only it was to be the final straw, it would not be at all bad.
But sword, did you know that millions and millions of straws are used every day around the world, most of them for just a few minutes.
Then they are simply thrown away.
Another fact, plastic straws are one of the top 10 items found in beach clean-ups.
It's a disgrace !

I am sitting in 'ye olde Chequers inn ' by Tonbridge Castle drinking, and don't faint,a diet coke and I have boycotted the straw altogether. I'll help save the planet😁

We cannot win another game this season, without effort and passion. It seems this left with Tristan.

Just been told by a Tonbridge fan that Saturday's game on the TV was funnier than any of the comedies. Why do I always meet these pratts in pubs I don't want to get barred from,if it had been in the Gatehouse opposite I would have whacked him with my stick.

I can only hope we are dead and buried before Ebbsfleet rock up, whilst this season is a car crash, getting relegated by them could tip me over the edge

So where were Lewington and Cassidy? Good question. I assume Cassidy was unavailable for some reason (hiding behind the settee until it all stops?), but Lewington was on the bench! Why? Within minutes of Henry getting injured the other day, it was obvious that Lewington was the better keeper. I assumed that was the last we'd seen of Henry. One or two strange decisions (especially under these circumstances) isn't going to make me distrust JS, but it does seem very odd. Was it his decision or HH's?
