I’ve been down that road sorry for the pun 33 seat coaches cost a similar amount, still need two drivers running costs similar, the cost per head is very expensive therefore making it again difficult to fill The lack of toilet makes the journey with some of the bladders of our punters very tedious I appreciate the suggestion though

Have you actually asked if anyone wants to go by coach? I appear to have missed that thread on here.
You're quite right I haven't bothered, and if you read the post by Sword you'd probably have a better idea why So just for you, last two long distance coaches run by imusc have fallen well short and lost money, those were league games when our crowds were 2000 plus at home The Woking game in the Trophy only had 30 on board and again lost a significant amount of our members money (yes we have made up for that on other coaches) The Salford game on Tuesday was watched by 800 supporters, add to the factors already given, could give you an idea why I didn't start one, but in case you need a insight, just for you more info! A coach takes about 2 days of my time to get organised and try and fill it, I contact our regulars I also text people who have been on coaches before to try and get enough punter to get them to run! When I book a coach, Brookline have to spend time organising it and get two drivers to work that day, they are also taking that coach away from the market and potentially losing another hire! If I then cancel two days prior to the game not only do they possibly lose another hire the two drivers then have no work, and possibly have changed their plans because of this booking Cancelling a coach two days prior to the trip also inconveniences those who have booked, maybe leaving it too late to get lifts, or very expensive train fares! With all these factors in mind I decided we wouldn't get the numbers I'm sorry this maybe doesn't meet with your approval, maybe you could find a nice picture of a panda and post it for me, because that would be very nice, or maybe you'd like to organise this coach for me? I'm happy to supply you with some details Yes I have bitten and I'm glad I did! Tell the Panda to take a flying f**k - I hate ignorant critics.

I merely asked if Tim had asked supporters if they wanted a coach to Stockport. BTW I hate fat South Africans

Tim you do a fantastic job arranging the coaches like you do and as supporters we are lucky to have you giving up your time for free to do all the arranging for us, and having to put up with all the aggro that goes with it. So on behalf of all of us cheers mate an long may you continue doing what you do. For free? Tim makes the committee chip in and buy him moet at meetings.

Of course it will be difficult. Never mind the opposition this is Maidstone United we're talking about.

My memory is getting very bad but was it not Stockport away when we last saw Maidstone Utd supporters the IQ twins. One of the brothers ,egged on by well mainly me,to jump over the fence and enter the field of play and getting arrested. His brother had to wait behind until he was released and their mother had to pay the taxi fare from Stockport back to Maidstone. Whether it was Stockport or not they were never seen again. I am sure someone will now put me right as to where it was. They were odd. I was only a kid but wasn’t it Peterborough?

From the equality act 2010 "race including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin" I guess your little defence has just crumbled

That was Rochdale if memory serves me right; one of the twins climbed over the fence to confront Nicky Johns, got arrested and spent the remainder of the game waving st us from the Police Control room in the corner of the seat end😁

I nearly got arrested at Peterborough for asking a copper if his head went up to the top of his helmet. No sense of humour these coppers.
