2 relegations under tel and ollie's tenure will be very disappointing. It just appears that they lack the ambition to move the club to the next level and perhaps it's time to look a bit harder for new investment. Success on the pitch is the biggest key to the clubs wellbeing. Bit harsh to say they lack the ambition. It’s more to do with the finance and unfortunately we can’t compete with most of sides in this league financially. We need another investor who has the money and wants to see the club progress. But we have to be careful as don’t want someone like Tamplin do we? You also have to remember they are looking for ways to fund the new stand which won’t be easy. I have a bad feeling though that if we do go down it won’t be that easy to come back up. Hope I’m wrong though.

Also I don’t understand why you would sack a manager but not have anyone lined up. It’s common sense isn’t it.

Pretty much all the Kent teams in the NL/NLS can be considered yo-yo clubs.
We thought we were different due to crowd size, history and stated EFL ambition.
Turns out, Maidstone United are just another bog standard non-league club.

We went out of business and got placed at level13 of the football pyramid when we reformed and we have made it all the way back to step 5 whilst virtually evey other kent club has stood still for 25 years and we have passed them all and that is not the feat of a bog standard non-league club. We were never ready for this division ,it all came to quickly and although we still have a chance of escaping the drop it is a very small chance but even a division down is still a remarkable achievement from where we began. The EFL is a million light years away for us ,something that i and most knowledgeable fans knew already it now just remains for the rest of the fan base to come to terms with that,it is not going to happen for many, many years if at all.

All Kent clubs have their histories. Ebbsfleet nearly went bust twice before their sugar daddy turned up. Dartford lost their stadium. Looking on Wikipedia, Dover's fortunes have been as varied as any. As for not being ready, why are Maidstone any different to Solihull, Barrow and Sutton, currently propsering on low attendances. We're special to us only.

Pretty sensible but a million light years away from the EFL ? One step actually but admittedly may be 2 steps by next season. Even if we do go down as Terry said our finances and ambition will see the club pushing hard for promotion again. No guarantees but we will be there or there abouts. Whether it takes one season, two seasons or three seasons, we will do it and be stronger and fitter for the experience. Interesting to note that Woking attendances have increased 20% this year following relegation and that is after the drop in away fan support. But assuming Woking and Torquay get promoted we will be by far the biggest and best financed club in the Naional South. Just such a gulf between the leagues !

Helloooo do you know what an investor is. An investor is someone who puts their money into a project in the hope/expectation that they will have a return for their money. Owning a football team is like letting Gemma Collins go to town on your credit card at lakeside, you ain't seeing a penny of it back, and you probably ain't going to have any fun either. The only hope is the black knight has one of his cska mates who is a Russian oligarch buy us, which is about as believable as reality TV shows like Geordie Shore, towie, made in Chelsea being able to increase a persons intellect. Teams like, Swansea, villa, Fulham, west brom, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, etc will continue to go up and down from the premiership to the championship, they don't have the resources to compete with the big boys in the prem, they can try and throw money around that they don't have and end up like Blackpool Portsmouth or worse we lose our club again. Thankfully Terry and Oliver financial wise are sensible with the purse strings, can you imagine the mess some other teams will be in of their owners pull out... I watch and I listen to everything you say but oligarchs no good for this club oli hardy maybe😁 The whole club has become joke with no good football and owners so weak they have become clueless. At CSKA we are military and players, supporters do as they are told or they disappear you supporters have it to easy the owners should expelled all that moan on this board yes you jdjdl ,dave u,sword65 ,sennockian 96 or whatever,shamstone,jdh80,and many more banished to the salt mines all except SteveH21 who is as you say Mr Suckyarse yes. Brilliant! I've taken some schtick on here over the years, but I've never been threatened with the salt mines before...
