Here's an idea, how we about we appoint a manager with experience? After all wasn't that the number one criteria when we sacked Jay? The board have faced their first real test this season and I hope they learn from it quickly.
Sacking Jay was supposed to give us hope yet he is still the only man this season to deliver a home league victory!

Phillips can f**k right off. Was subbed off and chucked the shirt on the floor like it was a dirty tissue. Phillips was one of our best players, put everything into the game, and was just mad at how the score was going. Perhaps you should take a look at your posting performance.

Come back please Jay Saunders! No thank you - he doesn't want to anyway.

Looking at some of these posts, it seems that the reason was lost today was because of Tristan and Simon
What drivel !
It wasn't tactics or substitutions that lost the game, it was individual failings by players.
The supporters I chatted too were all frustrated at losing, even when it was just by the odd goal.
For much of the time we were playing better football and commanding more possession.
But as per usual we were powder puff in attack, such a pity given improved passing and levels of creativity.
There was never much to worry about in defence, with our keeper under little pressure.
But players went missing when it mattered.
Can't take it away from the Dags who really took their chances well.

Disappointed with the mass exodus at full time. In spite of the scoreline they deserved applauding off after that performance. Never stopped trying to play football for 90 minutes and were the better side everywhere except in their box.

Their first was unmarked 2 yards out, second was turned to easily and allowed to run in behind and third i'll admit I didn't see as I was too pissed off and on my way out.

When you put in your best home performance of the season and still lose 3-0 you know you're going down.

Credit to Dagenham for the perfect away performance. Soak up the pressure and score three goals from the only clear chances they got. Another 'if only' from Stones.

As daveu says so eloquently, we were the better side all over the pitch except in the box. Shocking defending for the 3 goals but Dags probably only had one other chance. God knows how many attacks and goal attempts we had, but it was plenty. If we could only have borrowed the opponents shooting boots. Agree that it was disappointing to see supporters stream away early after the boys had tried so hard and for once played very decent football. Losing at home has become the norm and I guess it gets to you eventually

The fans are just sick to death of losing at home.
It's the feel bad factor.

No point in having your best game and come away with a thumping defeat. It's the story of our season.
We signed Dagenhams best player earlier in the season, their forum was in meltdown about us getting Romaine now look who's laughing. We also signed the most deadly striker in National South who looks no better than Ter Horst did. I applaud the work rate and desire but that isn't enough in this league.

When you put in your best home performance of the season and still lose 3-0 you know you're going down. So true. So in these posts we can’t hanker after Jay, we can’t blame SW and TL and we played well. But we lost 0-3 at home after losing 2-4 at home. We cant do it in their box? Romain could score before he came here and Robinson couldn’t stop. But there’s nothing wrong is there it’s just bad luck. Rubbish! If that’s our best performance of the season face it we are an NLS standard team. That’s certainly not a problem if you are in NLS but we are in NL. So yes rosey coloured glasses Jay haters we DO have a problem. Lots of them. So yes there will be unhappy posts as we are a sinking ship and no one seems to be saving us, managers players or owners. Someone had to do something if we want to stay in NL. Do nothing is only an option if we have accepted relegation.
