Another weekend, another game at the Gallagher, another......
On Tuesday I turned up with hope and optimism, took my place in the stand, watched the warm up and clapped the players onto the pitch. Then the ref blew to start the game and all hope slowly faded away. A common theme at the Gallagher in recent years but fate will change this weekend.
Remember the date 19th Jan 2019, exactly 22 weeks after our last league win at the Gallagher. We will win, we must win!
I can see the team changing again. Swaine for Wassmer, Edobor for McLennan (if he's injured), Wishart to come back in (has he served his suspension?), and Romaine for Muldoon.
3 points and the great escape starts this weekend.
I hope.

Not really looking forward to this,
Every week home or away I go hoping we turn a corner, occasionally we have a hearted performance like BW away or Hartlepool, but the next match it’s dross again.
Apart from blind support it’s hard to really expect anything other than a loss. I’d love to be proved wrong but I’ve really not seen anything consistent to think we can get a run together.

D & R have also just signed a new striker- Connor Wilkinson, who was on loan to them earlier in the season knocking in a more than a few goals.

Intend being there but neither expect to be entertained, or go home happy. That way, I can't be disappointed!

Bad supporter that I seem to have been branded I will be there to suffer yet more heartache. As much as I would love to see us win it's not going to happen we are just not good enough . I think we will lose at least 3-0 with a crowd under 2000 and now I have probably been demoted from a bad supporter to an abysmal one but at least I am realistic.

No idea what’s going to happen Saturday as we are so up and down right now. Daggers are beatable but it’s difficult to see how. Maybe Romain will have a strong reason to score against them as his former employers and we may get at least a point but after Tuesday night the niggling doubt is there that we get thrashed again. I don’t think the crowd will be great either but it is a Saturday and Daggers will bring a few so we may scrape 2000 still but it’s anyones guess what the team will give us to watch. Undoubtedly the team will be a lot different maybe Pax on the bench this time. It’s a bit of a guessing game. We are in Forrest Gump land and you never know what your gonna get!

Yes we are up and down but that is largely because home and away games alternate so we are up one week, down the next. Two home league games in a row doesn't give us the chance to be up before we are down again.

Well I have come to the conclusion it,s best to expect nothing from each game that way the disappointment is not so harsh. I just want Walton to explain to us all why he has suddenly stopped playing when the club is quite clearly short of quality players who are prepared to fight for the cause.

Yup, will be very odd if he is not in the starting eleven and certainly something that demands an explanation.

Sooner or later, the final whistle will blow at 95 minutes and you will experience the euphoria of a second home league win. Imagine missing that moment.

Yes we need him as a leader on the the pitch.

We haven’t got a squad where we can spare the luxury of a player manager who dosent play. We are light on the ground as it is, if he’s not going to play unless a brief bench appearance he will need replacing

Spot on. Maybe we get poor results at home consistently, but we also escape relegation consistently. The team change above looks good.
