What an absolute shithouse of a win! Amazing backs to the wall stuff and well done Worner with penalty save too. Only listening on Stoneslive but now need a lie down in a darkened room. Was it a red card, or have we been shafted by a ref for the third time this season? If so, it beggars belief and something surely has to be done, because for whatever reason, the officials all hate us. Still, finally got one over them today! COYS!

I wasn't there so have no idea if it was a red or not but IF we were to appeal and it be over turned again wouldn't that make it 3 dismissed red cards in a month? has that ever happened before? I suspect we have full grounds for some complaints if that's the case. Amazing win, they have beat some good teams at home this year so to go there and begin the great escape is a real bonus.
Beat Dover on new years day and we go above them!

I suspect something happened for our red card that wasn't immediately obvious as the referee was straight in with the red card and our player (couldn't see who it was) walked without protest.

Listened to Stones live. Was it really so easy peasy as it sounded ? It was fairly backs to the wall stuff. Good save by Worner who was at fault for the penalty and looks horribly vulnerable but in fairness our defense was superb today.

Listened to Stones live. Was it really so easy peasy as it sounded ? No and I hope I wasn't conveying such a thing. On the red card...I saw a discussion between their number 8 and Walton in which the number 8 repeatedly told Walton to ask hi (wishart) what he did

Great performance today ..... MacLennan, Will de Hav, Pax and Cass all immense ! Tajbaksh lucky to have not been sent off though in fors5 half, already on a yellow and clearly got a final warning from the ref at end of the first, could have easily resulted in a second yellow.

Would have added Wishart to that list. Was going to be my MoM 'til he got himself sent off.

Well ladies and gentlemen what a game to behold, it had everything a Maidstone goal, a Maidstone sending off and a penalty awarded against Maidstone all in the fantastic and beautiful surroundings of Borehamwood, right onto game, a great early goal by Cassidy which was supplied by McLennan, then the team showed some real fight and desire against a very robust BW side, the sending off I have no idea want went on, it looked like a normal challenge and then something happened I heard that Wishart May have stamped on the BW player which would made some sense as 3 of their players ran over and physically manhandled him up of the ground, the referee already had his red card ready as he ran across the pitch and we thought it was a BW player who was going off, the penalty we couldn’t really see as it was at the other end of the ground, so to recap all in all a very workmanlike performance, my only gripe is that we kept getting deeper and deeper in the 2nd half much to the chagrin of messrs Lewis and Walton on the touchline, onwards to Dover on Tuesday and hopefully we can right a few wrongs from Boxing Day, MOM Cassidy who worked his socks off

I thought we matched them in all departments. They had a couple of chances, plus a pen. Apart from that our defence and midfield looked solid and the players fought for each other. B'wood never looked settled from the start. Worthy winners and could have had more.

We few, we happy few, we band of brothers,
Nice to read some positive and harmonised praise for the Team and warranted after a dreadfull couple of months.

It was wishart and he was protesting and the ref asked him to leave the pitch for a minute of two after the card was shown

The best keeper we have seen between the posts in years.
