Not an impressive interview. Harry Wheeler determined to throw the 'baby out with the bathwater' soon after arriving, so we pretty much find ourselves supporting a bunch of strangers. Beautiful football ? Successful football ? The owners have given the manager the resources to recruit a new squad. So please, no more excuses and no more blaming others.

Its Harrys team now so he can't blame anybody else. I for one will be looking hard for cohesive improvement in performance/results. To be fair i think he has brought in some good players now he must get them playing together.

I know the changes for Oldham were enforced but apart from that we never play the same side two weeks in a row.

Harrys blame game is disrespectful, an insult to the players and manager he is making a side swipe at, and to us fans who still wish some - not all - of those players were still with us, especially the ones who gave the club such sterling service. Its also untrue, as many of those players are still at National League level. Also, Harry has brought in players from lower leagues that underperform. His blame game rant is also ignoring the true issues with the teams woeful performances. Christmas present for Harry? Definitely a mirror, to see where the Stones problems really lay. I am also fed up with the constant defence on the proboards of a Manager who got rid of so many good and popular players, has punch-ups with his team at half time, gets players on loan he doesn't use, makes wholesale team changes (to no effect), has a journeyman, mercenary team of newbies that do not gel together (not their fault), promotes LBDTM as his key tactic, and now is blaming the previous Manager for the mess he is Manager of. No, its not too early for Wheeler out. The club is sinking under an inexperienced rookie manager and needs a wise head. Didn't we get rid of Jay because he was out of his depth? I think the owners decided to replace Saunders because of a string of mistakes both on the pitch and also the recruits. I,d be interested to learn of the players Harry has let go who gave the club such sterling service. Apart from Lewis maybe there wasn,t many who could fall into that group. Do not forget some players chose to leave which is different to being removed. Anyway I,m sure Harry is so happy to have your full support and backing as we attempt to battle our way out of trouble.

You would think that was a Jose Mourinho interview with all the blaming of everyone else. The difference is Jose has had loads of success to backup his big ego and how he acts......meanwhile Harry has done nothing management wise.
Someone needs to tell Harry to just keep quiet, he seems to be digging himself a deeper and deeper hole the more interviews he does.

Craig Tucker's report in the KM, of the Barrow game, nicely sums up the current situation. Titled 'Natives are getting restless', reading it gives the impression he visits this site regularly.

For me removing Harry immediately is not a risk!
The reason for this in my opinion is he has such a new squad that is in complete disarray similar to a squad set up in pre season! This squad will need time to gel and work together. A new manager would come in and again would need to find his/her best team and make it gel. Giving Harry a few more months “in hope” He will turn it around is very risky based on performances so far this season and his previous results not counting money bags Ricay that in my opinion does not really count! We need to cut our losses and find a manager who can take this talented squad and use our pitch to climb the league. I would take Pinnock or even Kannear over Wheeler! Both far from making a team play pretty, but both have actual national league experiance! It’s time to role the dice again and take a risk as the last risk has failed. For anyone worried about me being behind the team, I am behind the team 100% and the club. I will be at every game I can get to cheering them on. Harry is the problem and I would like to see him replaced.

Harry’s signing Olu Durojaiye has announced on the twitter he’s offski Not a major loss. Probably the weakest of Harry's signings, certainly so for a non-loan signing.
