Margate host Herne Bay on 30 Sep in the FA Cup 3rd qualifying round.
I expect nws to stand on the halfway line, wearing a Pankhurst sponsored Maidstone replica top and his hand-knitted black and amber scarf, shouting encouragement to Herne Bay and to ex-Stones playing for Margate, and generally confusing the f**k out of everyone.

Actually I've changed my mind. I now want him to do a sponsored bike ride to the Maidstone game that day.

Herne Bay to Barrow? On a penny farthing? Even I would sponsor that!

Actually, I will be at the Barrow game (although cycling may be out of the question now, Huw!)
Went to Herne Bay at Hastings tonight and watched a scintillating performance. This current Herne Bay side is awash with promise. It is really good passing football. For the fourth goal they were knocking it around with the ten of us shouting 'ole' for each pass. Suddenly it was three quick passes and someone running five yards clear. Amazing stuff. Jay might want to take a look at this Herne Bay side because surely one or two of them will go higher. Not sure how far but surely they will.
If my little ones want to got to football on Saturday I think a trip to Hayes Lane may be on the cards.
