Not quite sure how you see this as "bad news", Fleet are only mentioned in passing. A hell of a lot of pride and money (including the Fleet owner's £35m) have been invested in this, so I can't see it collapsing that easily - despite all the delays.
And if it does all go tits up, Fleet get left with a much better (if weird) stadium than they started with, and with their gates (and the potential for much more from all the development in that area), I can't see them struggling. Unless he does the dirty on them and either sells the stadium to recoup his losses or lands them with massive debts, the worse that will happen to them will be playing non-league football in a League standard ground.
