Just local paper puff by the looks of it - but if they did miss the deadline, they would be struck off and their assets transferred to the Crown.

Which means the Queen would end up owning the Gills!

Still overdue, not to speculate but perhaps backroom staff changes are looming or they are having problems with auditors.
