All - At least my fish aren't fighting. They quarrel a lot since the Brexit vote but if I feed them they calm down a bit.

Went into The Muggleton a couple of days back for a swift pint as a reward for some fine retail work in the town. On reaching the bar, was told that 'technical issues' prevented them from serving from the rank of 'exotic' real ales. You could still grab a Doom Bar or a Ruddles, but an 'Aaaardvarks Willy Wobbler' or such like, no chance. Just a disgrace if you're reading this Mr Martin CEO of 'Spoons, sort it out. For visiting supporters & W'Spoons lovers, The Society Rooms is by far the best offering based on location, ambience, lighting, ale quality etc. ( IMHO ). The Muggleton's only good points are its size and, in fairness, the chirpiness of some of its staff. Also, if angry, the kitchen @ the Muggleton can ( by reputation & indirect personal experience ) set you up with a royal dose of Montezuma's ………... .

Muggleton's only redeeming feature is proximity to the town centre. Society Rooms is superior in every other respect. The food is better prepared, arrives more quickly and the portions are bigger, there's a better variety of beers and it's cleaner.

The muggleton does have one other redeeming feature and that is they change managers and staff so often that when you get thrown out and told not to come back you only have to wait a few weeks and then nobody knows anything about it.

Obviously the other one I forgot is superior architecture, not that that matters once you're inside.

The key factor in Spoons is the number of old blokes making a half pint last all afternoon. The Muggleton wins hands down.
Personally I'm about as likely to drink in a Spoons as I am to buy anything made by Dyson.

In the Muggleton they drive to bar in their mobile scooters and put their drinks in the basket on the front. Funny as f**k

For gawd's sake the answer's in his post, skydweller. He won't buy a Dyson (as he is saving for his season ticket, I presume) so he spends his time picking up rubbish and dust by hand and doesn't have time to go to a spoon's.
